Make sure the microfiber pads are not overlapping. This can cause extra load on the motor and drain the battery not giving you 30 minutes + mopping time

Make sure the over ride (circuit protection) switch is turned on when charging. Flick the switch off when the mop lights up blue, then turn it back on when you are ready to mop.

When you charge your mop the back circuit protection switch needs to be turned on. When charging is finished unplug the power source & turn the switch into the off position. This wont allow any of the power drain in between uses. If it has been 1 week plus between use then plug it back into charge to make sure you get the maximum time to mop.

Yes, unlike steam mops no heat is created and will not bubble the laminate.
